Feeling overwhelmed? Need to relax and decompress? Give yourself an hour to reconnect with peers, yourself, and the good things in the world around you. Each 60-minute workshop features simple, powerful writing and mindfulness activities that anyone can do. No experience or supplies needed. Join us for one session or the whole series.
