2:00–3:00 PM | Event Setup Organizers and volunteers will set up the room, food table, activity stations, sign-in table, decorations, and event materials.
3:00–3:15 PM | Check-in and Welcome Participants will check in, receive event materials, and have informal conversations with faculty, students, and volunteers.
3:15–3:25 PM | Opening Remarks The Chinese Program will welcome participants, briefly introduce the purpose of the event, and acknowledge the support of the department and college.
3:30–5:00 PM | Cultural Activity Stations Participants will rotate through several activity stations, such as calligraphy/bookmark making, paper fan decoration, festival riddles, and other hands-on cultural activities.
5:00–5:15 PM | Small Gifts / Prize Distribution Small gifts or prizes will be distributed to participants through games, participation activities, or a short raffle.
5:15–5:30 PM | Closing Remarks and Informal Conversation The Chinese Program will thank participants, volunteers, and department supporters, and briefly share information about Chinese language courses, Chinese Table, and future program events. Participants may continue informal conversation until the event ends.
5:30–6:00 PM | Cleanup Organizers and volunteers will clean up the space, collect materials, and return the room to its original condition.
